Slip n Slide

So today after i took a shower in the morning and was walking down the stairs back to my room my slippers decided to break on me. Sending me flying down 5 stairs and landing on the kind and forgiving floor. Anyways i now hold my slippers together by staples. I should go buy new ones but you know what ill save the money this time and hope the staples hold together.

Side Note: I really hate online lectures thank god i took away facebook for a while. Also Mac this weekend. Hopefully i dont get lost. It will be my first time taking the train ever!

Catwoman cuts hair?

So today i went to get a haircut. The lady that washed my hair must have been like Catwoman because her nails kept digging into my head. Instead of scrubbing she was more like scratching my scalp over and over. Anyways i like my haircut although it hurts slightly when i wash my hair. oh well! : )

Its been a roller coaster ride

I cant really believe it but its already been over half a year since high school! University has been such a "rollercoaster" ride with all the ups and downs. I have to admit it was NOTHING like how i anticipated it to be.

I went in with the mentality that it would be a completely different life. Well, in a sense it is. I mean im no longer living with my family and i am learning to be more independent. I also had an image in my head that in university will be one insane party after another kind of like the movie superbad but in real life.

Well, anyhows it has been a really slow and gradual learning process. From being this kid who expected to do nothing but party as hard as he can everyday when he was away from his parents to being more responsible and knowing my priorities. I recently turned 18 which is considered an "adult" now right? Well, i guess its time i stop fucking around as much and think before i do things cause i do ALOT of stupid things. No more drinking till i pass out or puke, no more getting angry at little things and taking it out on the people around me, no moreprocrastinating

I also noticed that people come and go but the people who i consider my True friends have not changed and we still do keep in contact. Although we may not see each other everyday nor may we talk everyday i know if there is something wrong i can always talk to them about it. Anyways sidenote: 2010 feels like its going to be a really memorable year i cant wait to see what it has in store for me!

And you know what? i really dont know what im doing here in university. Im not sure of what i hope to accomplish, nor am i sure what i want in life. I guess ill just go with the flow for now. Live in the moment :). All i know is that in the end of these 4 years i would like to look back and smile.

So its been a while since i blogged....

Man, the last 3 weeks have been HORRIBLE. I had an insane work ethic equivalent to Harkamal for my first Economics Mid-Term and i ACED IT. But as luck would have it somehow my mark is BLANK for my economics mid-term i don't know what happened or where my mark went but its not there. I sent an email to Cleveland and he said he would look into it. *fingers crossed*

I can hardly believe how bad i crashed after my economics midterm. I just stopped studying and it was all like BLAH. The 2 day all nighter for calculus was stupid. Not only did i feel dizzy during the mid term i also failed miserably. Im really starting to hate university. Now im sure i have insomnia since i cant sleep till maybe 6am, everything always piles up quickly....homework, laundry, dishes. Im so behind in my lectures its not even funny. I'm probably going to skip my tutorial tomorrow since i dont even know the content we are being tested on.

Oh well; looks like i learnt my lesson this time around; ill probably do the same thing agian tho sadly.

Anyhows; i really need to get back on track and study hard again! after i party a bit more!
SATURDAY!!! i hope it'll be good. Somehow my camera wont upload any pictures.... i dont know whats going on.

And you know that toilet i was talking about? ITS STILL NOT FIXED.
So the other day I had to take a pee and my roommate was taking a shit.
I had to run outside and do it beside a tree. Knowing my luck for the day was 3% (ty facebook) something had to go wrong. So i was peeing on the tree and my RA (residence advisor) had to happen to walk by while i was doing my business. GOODTIMES EH?

And you know what; I hate people that lead others on or crave attention to make themselves feel better. I also noticed the sayings are true; nice guys finish LAST. Girls like guys that can be a friend SOMETIMES. If your too nice your just lookin to be in the friend basket bro. Same thing can be said as someone thats always free; you'll just end up being someone they "rely" on with their fuckn problems that you prob DONT care about! :@

Oh yeah and i got a new haircut! :] it looks pretty good imo. well anything would look good on me :) bweahha

Just as you hit rock bottom...

It gets even lower apparently out of the two washrooms we share the one upstairs is broken. Yeah, it means that the basement one is now the same one that six guys are going to cycle throughout the next week or so. So six guys on a meat based diet with one toilet sounds fun doesn't it? As you likely guessed, its my room thats right next to this washroom, so i either get a nice whiff of the battlefield at night or i wake up to the fresh scent of creation in the morning. Anyhows; i would kill for a bottle of febreeze right now.
